About Our Program

The High School Voter Project is a program of the Netter Center for Community Partnerships at the University of Pennsylvania. We run a six-week summer internship program through the Philadelphia Youth Network as well as after-school and drop-in year-long programming at each of the University-Assisted Community High Schools.
